Activities in the Arboretum

Sunday, October 8, 2023, there are several activities in the Arboretum of Park Meerland. Everyone is welcome and can participate for free.

From 11.30 am to 12.15 pm and from 12.45 pm to 1.30 pm under the guidance of an expert volunteer, you can participate in a walk along the arboretum’s special collection of trees and shrubs. Between 11.30 am and 1.30 pm there is a scavenger hunt where young and old can use a magnifying glass to search for soil creatures. Also, between 11.30 am and 1.30 pm, you can help harvest seeds from spent wildflowers. There will be a fruit juice and something sweet for everyone.

Location
The arboretum is located on the north side of the park between Water Lily Pond and the biomass plant.
