After a month of living in a tent, luck smiles on Noam Hasak-Lowy. The Design Academy student has been given the keys to a condemned building on the corner of Sliffertsestraat with Meerhovendreef in Eindhoven. Hasak-Lowy and three other students will get their own room there.

The building is part of a complex built by the Germans during World War II. A new police facility will be built on the site in the future, including a shooting range and a cell block, according to the Eindhoven Dagblad.
