Aviation expert Ary Ceelen (1919-2018) died

Lviation historian Ary Ceelen from Eindhoven died at the age of 98. Ceelen was regarded as an institute in the field of aviation.

It is partly thanks to Ceelen that some aviation buildings from the pre-war period have been preserved. Among other things, the former club building of the Aeroclub and the striking airport building in Meerhoven (now a lunchroom) would probably not have been there without the involvement of the historian.
