Customers Ennatuurlijk Eindhoven and Tilburg have to wait longer for reimbursement of connection fee

Ennatuurlijk’s customers will have to wait at least one, but perhaps two or three years, for the double connection costs paid unjustly. The heat supplier is appealing against the court’s order for reimbursement.

Eindhoven-based Ennatural has informed about 3000 customers in Eindhoven, Tilburg, Breda, Bergen op Zoom and Geertruidenberg. The company disagrees with the court decision. Due to the appeal, the repayment is further postponed. It concerns about 7 million euros in total. For the time being, customers do not have to pay the fee of about 150 euros per year.
