Ennatuurlijk again before court for connection fee hot water in Eindhoven

Ennatuurlijk must again answer to the court for the double connection costs that the heat supplier charges to district heating customers in Meerhoven and Eindhoven-Center. That could cost Ennatuurlijk around 10 million euros or even more.

More than 2000 (former) residents in a collective case are demanding a refund of overpaid costs, between 1000 and 3000 euros. The damage per house can amount to 5000 euros because Ennatuurlijk should also stop charging the connection fee in the future, around 150 euros a month.
