F-16s conduct training flights from Eindhoven air base

From Monday 9 to Thursday 12 December 2019, F-16 fighter aircraft will conduct training flights from Eindhoven air base.

Eindhoven Air Base serves as a fall-back base for fighter aircraft and helicopters. To be well prepared for this task, these fighter aircraft and helicopters are temporarily stationed at Eindhoven Air Base several times a year. Pilotes practice landing, taxiing and taking off from a different airport than they are used to. Technical and logistics personnel gain experience in working such as during a broadcast or exercise abroad.

Training flights
The training flights take place twice a day with eight F-16s. You can fly between approx. 10 am and 10.45 pm. No flights with F-16s take place during the weekend. The planes are not armed.
