From Monday 21 to Friday 25 August 2023, Fontys Hogescholen will once again set up a temporary pop-up campsite on the grassy meadow behind the biomass plant near Park Forum. The campsite offers new students a place to sleep during the annual introduction week.

During this week, the students get to know each other, their studies and the city. The set-up of the temporary campsite is slightly smaller than last year and has been coordinated with Residents’ Association Meerhoven. In 2024, Fontys Hogescholen will probably be able to use a location closer to the center of Eindhoven. The introduction week coincides with the Children’s Holiday Week Meerhoven, which takes place in Park Meerland.
