Free children’s theater performance ‘Bang Mannetje’ in Meerhoven

Joes Boonen comes to Meerhoven with her children’s theater performance ‘Bang Mannetje’. The performance will take place on Friday, April 13, 2018 from 3.30 to 4.30 pm at Primary School De Startbaan, Meerbos 16 in Meerhoven. Advance registration is necessary.

The performance is exclusively for members of Residents’ Associations Grasrijk, Waterrijk and Zand-, Bos- and Meerrijk. Free admission tickets can be ordered via www.meerhoven.nl/kindervoorstelling.

Non-members can still become a member of one of the residents associations via www.meerhoven.nl/en/become-a-member. Co-promoter Martijn Smulders: “This fifth free children’s theater performance was made possible by the Prins Bernard Cultuurfonds and residents associations in Meerhoven. With these performances we want to stimulate culture for children in Meerhoven.

Story
The playful and comical theater arrangement by Joes Boonen is based on the eponymous picture book by Mathilde Stein. Bang Mannetje does not like it that he is afraid of everything. In an intimate, playful atmosphere, the children follow a day in the life of Bang Mannetje. Is everyone afraid? No, the children in Meerhoven are singing and dancing happily with this performance by Joes.

Access
The performance is in Dutch and is suitable for children from 4 years. Children must be accompanied by at least one adult. Advance registration is necessary via www.meerhoven.nl/kindervoorstelling. There are about 150 places available. If there is great interest, a waiting list will be used.
