Saturday, April 15, 2023 the Beraad Vlieghinder Moet Minder (BVM2) organizes an information meeting about the new airport decision for Eindhoven Airport.
The meeting will last from 11 a.m. to approximately 1 p.m. and will take place at community center De Leenhoef, Steenselseweg 8A in Knegsel.
The new airport decision must formally translate the recommendations of the ‘Advice Van Geel’. Central to that advice is that noise levels must be reduced by 30% in 2030 compared to 2019.
BVM2 is an umbrella organization of 31 neighborhood organizations and environmental groups and just under 2,000 individuals, all of whom are critical of aviation at Eindhoven Airport/Air Base Eindhoven. BVM2 is concerned with reducing noise pollution, toxic emissions and climate disadvantages of the airport.
