Lecture about raising multilingual children

On Wednesday, December 11, 2019 the Meerhoven Internationals Platform organizes a lecture about raising multilingual children. The entrance is free of charge.

Meerhoven is a multicultural neighbourhood with families from all over the world. One of the first and most important challenges that children in these families are often confronted with is mastering the Dutch language. Some of these children were born in multilingual families. Parents have many questions about raising bilingual or multilingual children. That is why the Meerhoven International Platform has invited psychologist Elif Durgel to give a lecture on raising multilingual children.

Lecture
Elif Durgel runs the Roots and Wings Academy where she provides coaching and workshops for parents and gives internationalization training to schools. In her lecture she will discuss the benefits of multilingual development. Parents learn about the strategies they can use to ensure the healthy language development of their multilingual children.

Registation
