Meerhoven continues to grow: the Hooghe Heer with more than 150 homes

Construction at the Meerrijk shopping center in Meerhoven is entering the next phase. At the end of this month, the 45 owner-occupied apartments that Ten Brinke Cohof will build on the south side of the center will be on sale.

The project with the name De Hooghe Heer will also include 93 rental apartments. They were sold to an investor by developer Ten Brinke Cohof – part of the Ten Brinke Group. Director Johan Hofmans expects to be able to start in February or March with the construction of the 138 apartments in a tower of fifteen storeys, and seventeen houses on the water’s edge.
