Meerhoven launches bilingual neighbourhood website and app

Since January 1, 2018, the neighbourhood website Meerhoven.nl and the corresponding app are bilingual. All information about Meerhoven is now offered both in Dutch and in English.

Both media are an initiative of residents’ associations in Meerhoven. Ruben Trieling, on behalf of the associations: “Because of the ever growing number of Internationals in Meerhoven, there is an increasing need for information in English about Meerhoven. With a bilingual website and app we want to involve Internationals even more with the neighbourhood.”

MeerhovenApp
The bilingual MeerhovenApp is available in the App Store en Google Play Store. Users who have installed the Dutch version of the app receive an update. With the MeerhovenApp, residents have all the information about Meerhoven at hand, including the latest news, activities, opening hours of shops and useful links to Meerhoven.nl. Moreover, users may (optionally) receive push notifications about important news.
