Minister: Dealing sensibly with Eindhoven Airport growth
The envisaged growth of Eindhoven Airport must be well researched and the exact plans are ‘not yet poured into concrete’. An important condition is that lessons are learned from mistakes in the reports on the growth plans for, for example, the airports of Lelystad and Maastricht.
This is what Minister Cora van Nieuwenhuizen said on Thursday afternoon during a debate in the House of Representatives. Earlier, a research committee set to work with so-called nuisance-limiting measures for Eindhoven Airport. There are three measures, including a livability fund.
