According to her, the nitrogen production of Eindhoven Airport, but also that of Rotterdam airport for which Van der Wal made the same decision, is too small.

Mobilization for the Environment finds the decision unacceptable. According to Vollenbroek, the minister’s decision, in which the old agreements regarding the use of the airport remain intact, completely ignores the strong growth that Eindhoven Airport has experienced in recent years. He announces legal action.
