Park walk with IVN nature guides

On Sunday 20 March 2022, the Institute for Nature Education (IVN) organizes a walk through Park Meerland, led by nature guides.

The walk will focus on early spring. Nature guides tell you which plants, birds and insects can currently be found in the park. They also explain the thinking behind the design of the park, how the water system works and what used to be found in various places in the park. In addition, the participants are introduced to the youngest Arboretum in the Netherlands and the Peace Path.

Participation
The walk starts at 10 am from De Hangar, Meerbos 4 in Eindhoven. Anyone can join this. The walk takes about an hour and a half and is on unpaved paths that can be wet and slippery. Good footwear is therefore recommended.
