Province wants to lend Airport 55 million for a larger terminal

The province wants to provide Eindhoven Airport financially to enable an expansion and improvement of the Eindhoven Airport terminal.

If it is up to the Provincial Executive, Airport can look forward to a provincial loan of 55 million euros. The Mobility Committee will debate the proposal on Friday 1 July 2022. The decision will be made on Friday 15 July. According to the Provincial Executive, the plans are in line with the advice of Pieter van Geel about the future of Eindhoven Airport. According to her, the aim of a larger terminal is not to allow the airport to grow, but to create more space and comfort for travelers.
