Starting this month, Mind-Walk trainer Koosje Ansems is organizing two Mind-Walk courses in Park Meerland.
Mind-Walk is meditative walking in nature with influences from tai chi, yoga, mindfulness training, breathing techniques and meditation. Every lesson focuses on a theme, such as meeting, balancing and letting go.

Would you like to learn and experience how you can be more present in the moment and relax your head? I would like to invite you to participate in one of the Mind-Walk courses, I am a certified Mind-Walk trainer and also owner of Praktijk Essence. we walk a maximum of 3 kilometers and the walks are for all ages and all levels.”
Mind-Walk Basic course: start on Friday, November 9, 2018, from 9.30 am to 11 am, 8 lessons, maximum 10 participants. Costs: 111 euros.
Mind-Walk Essence course: start on Monday, November 12, 2018, from 9.30 am to 11 am, 11 lessons, maximum 6 participants. Costs: 222 euros.
