Nature lovers have been warned: it will become a lot less green at the beginning of next year to the north of Eindhoven Airport. And that is not the result of possible snowfall in winter, but the felling and pruning of trees.
The sound of chainsaws will be heard frequently in the first quarter. The trees under the flight path threaten to grow too tall in the next five years. A few already are. And then, with a view to the safety of air traffic, intervention is necessary.
