Vacancy in the Terminal M shopping center in Meerhoven, four of the eleven stores are closing

No less than four of the eleven shops in the Terminal M shopping centre in Meerhoven will be closing their doors within the foreseeable future. The premises of Gall&Gall, Etos, Primera and Pearle are for rent.

According to real estate agent Kolsteren Bedrijfshuisvesting, this is a coincidence and has nothing to do with the higher rents. Residents’ Association Meerhoven, however, is receiving other signals and is concerned about this development. The association will contact the owner of the shopping centre and the municipality to discuss the future of the shopping centre.
